Is a quotation legally binding?
It depends on your country and on how it is worded. Many places treat an accepted quote as an offer that forms a contract. State the validity date and terms clearly.
What is the difference between a quotation and an estimate?
A quotation is a fixed price you stand by. An estimate is your best guess and may change. The title here says Quotation, so change the notes if you mean an estimate.
What should I put in the terms?
Payment steps, such as 50 percent in advance, the delivery time, what counts as extra work, and how long the prices are valid.
Can I turn the quote into an invoice later?
