What the options do

Currency
BDT, USD, INR, EUR or GBP. The amounts in the PDF are written with the currency code.
Discount
A percentage or a fixed amount taken off the subtotal before tax.
Tax
A rate in percent with your own label, such as VAT or GST, added after the discount.
Payment details
Bank or mobile wallet details printed at the bottom so clients know how to pay.
Draft
What you type is saved in this browser, so you can come back later. Clear draft removes it.

Privacy

Your invoice is built in your browser. Nothing is uploaded. The draft is saved only in this browser's local storage, so clear it on a shared computer.

Questions people ask

Is it really free, and does the PDF carry a watermark?

It is free and the PDF has no watermark and no ToolsMaxxing branding on the page.

Where is my draft stored?

In this browser on this device only. It is not synced. If you clear site data or switch browsers, the draft is gone, so download the PDF when you finish.

Why does the PDF write BDT 1,200.00 and not a taka sign?

Standard PDF fonts have no taka or rupee sign. The currency code avoids a missing symbol. The preview and the Print option show the sign.

Can I use Bangla in the invoice?

Yes, in the preview. For a PDF with Bangla text, use Print or save as PDF from your browser, which keeps every script. The Download PDF button supports Latin text only and will tell you if it cannot.

Is this a legal tax invoice?

It can include what many places require, such as numbers, dates, tax and totals. Tax invoice rules differ by country, for example tax registration numbers. Add yours in the notes and check local rules.

How should I number invoices?

Use a unique, running number, such as INV-0042 or 2026-017, and never reuse one. Many tax authorities expect an unbroken sequence.
