How it works

  2. 2Move the sliders for top, bottom, left and right. The dashed box on the thumbnail shows what stays.
  3. 3Choose whether to crop all pages, odd or even pages, or a list of pages.
  4. 4Select Crop PDF and download the file.

What the options do

How much to cut from each side, as a percentage of the page. The dimmed area on the thumbnail is removed from view.

All pages, only odd or even pages, or pages you list, for example 1-3, 7.

Questions people ask

Is my file uploaded?

No. Cropping happens in your browser and the PDF stays on your device.

Is the cropped part really deleted?

No. The page is made smaller so the area is not shown, but the original content may still be inside the file. Do not use cropping to hide private information. A redaction tool is for that.

The preview shows the first page. What about the others?

The same trim is applied to every page you choose. If pages have different margins, crop them in separate runs using "Pages I choose".

Does the crop work on rotated pages?

Yes. Sides refer to the page as you see it, so Top is the top you see.

Can I undo a crop?

Your original file is never changed. Start again from it with different values.
